The White Stripes sure went out on a bang with this one in my (unpopular opinion). Everything they tried to do on their previous albums is still here, but better. The punk-ey track on their first three releases are represented by tracks here such as Bone Break, Catch Hell Blues, and the catchy anthem Rag and Bone. This album is more complex than the others, with songs such as the title track. It also features some genuinely out-there moments, such as the keyboard on icky thump or the horns on conquest. It's also the stripes most consistent effort, every track on here is solid.
