Something old and something new from former Crime And The City Solution tearaway Simon Bonney here. Past, Present, Future has its roots in Bonney’s 90’s solo LPs - 1992’s Forever, 1994’s Everyman and the unreleased collection Eyes Of Blue. Songs from all appear here, with some re-recorded by a band including members of Killing Joke and The Volbeats.
Past, Present, Future is quite similar to what Bonney’s mate Nick Cave was doing around the same time - think The Good Son and Henry’s Dream.
