If you like Quicksand, you'll like this album. There's plenty of those sludgy riffs and unique vocals. Some are shouted out but they are almost always layered or have an echo or something on them for a cool effect.
Bring on the Psychics isn't quite to the level of Quicksand's last release, Distant Populations, but it's not too far behind. Another enjoyably solid album here.
