A high point of the spazzy hardcore canon on par with The Locust. Canada Songs is a batshit assault of angular song structures, No Wave-ish guitar skronk, and percussive battery from almost start to finish.
While Daughters lack the sheer Dadaist lunacy of The Locust (mostly down to the lack of keyboards), they make up for it with greater dynamic range and oddball guitar riffs more akin to U.S. Maple and the score to Psycho than anything Metal/Mathcore.
