The expectations people had for the Phil Spector album, with the perfect marriage of sunny, 60's pop and the Ramones was actaully realised on their follow up album, Pleasant Dreams. This is the album that could've and should've finally broke them to a much wider audience. Sadly, radio continued to ignore the band. Too bad, cause it's full of catchy pop songs. Every song on side one could be a single, and side two, while not as strong is also very hummable.

If you are not a Ramones fan, but like pop music, give this a try.
