BRAIN PILLS - Goatshead II LP (colour vinyl)

Limited edition of 300 copies on blue colour vinyl. Includes OBI strip.

Highly recommended.

Brain Pills push further into the red on Goatshead II, a relentless mix of pulverising riffs, pounding rhythms and walls and walls of distortion.

Mike Vest (Tomoyuki Trio, Artifacts and Uranium, Drunk In Hell, BONG, Downtime, MODOKI, Hollow Eyes, Blown Out, 11Paranoias..) joins forces once again with Adam Stone (Poundland), whose unhinged vocals cut through the haze and Nick Raybould (Thought Bubble), whose primal drumming drives the record from start to finish.

Recorded and mixed around the same time as Gateshead I yet, with more experimentation into sonic heavinesses, haunted melodies and guitar octavia oblivions. Tales and observations of life on the daily in Goatshead.

Goatshead II is the continuation of raw, hypnotic heavy psychedelic slo-mo dirge punk.

Mastered by crust punk veteran Bri Doom (Sore Throat, Lazarus Blackstar, Disciple BC).
